- Far East Hospitality is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
- Far East Hospitality will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the property and the customer in relation with the use of the voucher.
- For room reservations, please email us at reseasy@fareast.com.sg or contact us +65 6881 8888. Do notify us of your intent to redeem the voucher.
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking.
- The voucher is not guaranteed by Far East Hospitality where the voucher has been purchased from someone other than Far East Hospitality or an affiliated source.
- The voucher is redeemable for room stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown and subject to availability and terms & conditions.
- The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
- The voucher is not replaceable nor refundable whether in whole or in part.
- This voucher is valid for six (6) months year from date of purchase. The expiry date is also stated on the voucher.
- This voucher is non-combinable with other vouchers. Room charges in excess of the voucher's stored value may be settled with cash or credit card.
- To redeem this voucher against a room reservation, please produce the e-voucher at Front Desk upon check in.
- Upon expiry, the voucher will be deactivated and all unused value will be forfeited.
- Use of this voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Far East Hospitality reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Vouchers cannot be redeem for bookings made on other online platforms, travel agent, corporate/group or any affiliated partners.
- Voucher can only be redeem for bookings made directly on www.stayfareast.com or through our reservations department.
Other Terms
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
