Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation and/or modification must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival date.
- All rates indicated are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- Cancellation policy and blackout dates may apply.
- Far East Hospitality will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or value-adds, nor will Far East Hospitality be able to transfer the discount to another guest.
Promotion Policy
- Rates are exclusively for Asiana Airlines Employees
- A valid Asiana Airlines staff pass is required for verification during check in. Best Available Rates will apply otherwise.
- Full payment is required upon confirmation of reservation.
- Black-out dates apply.
- All participating properties reserve the right to amend the promotion without prior notice.
- Rooms are subject to availability.
- This promotion can only be redeemed on our website. It cannot be redeemed through other channels e.g., telephone, email, corporate bookers.
- This promotion cannot be applied for existing room reservations and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- The value-adds, benefits or inclusions in this promotion are subject to availability.
- *Superior Room (Twin / King bedded) and Deluxe Room (King bedded only) accommodates 2 Adults or 2 Adults and 1 Child (aged 12 and below). Couples who travel with a child below 12 years may consider sharing existing bedding instead.
- *Club Room (King bedded only) accommodates 2 Adults.
Other Terms
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
