Payment & Cancellation Policy
- All rates indicated are NETT rates and include mandatory charges of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- Cancellation policy and blackout dates may apply.
- Far East Hospitality will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or value-adds, nor will Far East Hospitality be able to transfer the discount to another guest.
Promotion Policy
- All participating properties reserve the right to amend the promotion without prior notice.
- Credit card details are required to confirm the reservation and cancellation policy is free cancellation 24hrs prior to scheduled arrival date. Otherwise 1-night penalty charges will apply.
- Eligible DBS Bank Ltd Employees must personally check in themselves presenting DBS Ltd Staff ID for credential check at the Hotel (no proxies allowed). Room rate will be reverted to Best Available Rate of the day if fail to present proper ID upon check-in.
- Offer valid when payment is made with DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card upon check-in. Otherwise, rack rate will be charged.
- Rooms and/or apartments are subject to availability.

Other Terms
- For any properties in Malaysia, the Sales and Services Tax (SST) of 6% as required by the federal government of Malaysia will be levied on guests’ daily bill with effect on overnight stays from 1st September 2018.
- For any properties in Malaysia, the Tourism Tax (TTx) of MYR10.00nett per room per night as required by the federal government of Malaysia is applicable to all non-Malaysian tourists and is to be collected upon check-in.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
