- For any properties in Malaysia, the Tourism Tax (TTx) of MYR10.00 NETT per room per night as required by the federal government of Malaysia is applicable to all non-Malaysian tourists and is to be collected upon check-in.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
